These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://truthwish.com (the “Site”), including any content, functionality, blog posts, comments (if enabled), community features, newsletters, Discord links, social media integrations, and any future services we may offer (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. Description of the Service
TruthWish is a platform dedicated to exploring non-dual awareness, self-inquiry, the dissolution of the false/egoic self, awakening processes, ethical applications of artificial intelligence as a tool for reflection, and related spiritual/philosophical topics. The Service currently consists primarily of:
Blog articles and pointers toward Truth
Category-based content (Duality Awareness, Awakening Process, Truth Realization, AI, Nature, etc.)
Community connection invitations (Discord, social media)
Future features we may add (e.g. comment sections, wish-sharing, newsletters)

The Service is provided for informational, reflective, and personal use only. Nothing on the Service constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.

4. User Conduct and Content Guidelines
When using the Service (including any future interactive features), you agree not to:
Post, upload, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of privacy, hateful, or racially/ethnically objectionable
Impersonate any person or entity
Engage in commercial solicitation or advertising without our written permission
Interfere with the operation of the Service (including introducing viruses, malware, or excessive automated requests)
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content without express permission

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor, moderate, remove, or refuse any content or user at our sole discretion.

You may view, download (for caching purposes), and print content for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

If you submit content (e.g., comments, wishes, forum posts, once enabled), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display that content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content
Some content, images, or responses on TruthWish may be created or assisted by artificial intelligence tools. Such material is provided for inspirational and reflective purposes only. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or incomplete perspectives. We do not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of any AI-generated content for any purpose.

7. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, Discord servers, social media platforms, or tools (e.g., Instagram, Threads, email services). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third parties. Your interactions with them are governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF CONTENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Spiritual and philosophical content is inherently subjective. Participation in discussions or practices described on the Service is entirely at your own risk. Awakening-related inquiry can sometimes surface intense emotional or existential material, proceed with care and seek professional support if needed.

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUTHWISH, ITS FOUNDERS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed €100 (one hundred euros).

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TruthWish and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice or liability.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

13. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement, These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy, once published) constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
Severability, If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force.
No Waiver, Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
Assignment, We may assign these Terms; you may not assign them without our consent.
